Nadia Dyson is a prominent figure in the Antiguan real estate industry. She started her career in real estate in 2005, working in time share sales. However, she quickly became disillusioned with the value of the offerings, realizing that they were not in the best interests of many clients. Nadia then decided to move into real estate sales, and for four years, she worked as one of the top-selling agents in Antigua, working with JHR real estate, the most successful agency at the time.

 

In 2009, Nadia Dyson launched her own company, Luxury Locations, with the aim of providing the best market opportunities for sale and property management services for high-value properties. Since then, she has consistently been the highest selling agent in Antigua for high-value property. About Sam Dyson, CEO

Sam Dyson is a well-known figure in the Caribbean real estate industry, best known for his real estate development consultancy services and his role in the marketing of Luxury Locations Real Estate. Sam completed his MBA studies at Henley Business School and began working as a consultant in Antigua until 2012, after which he joined the Luxury Locations team.

 

Initially, Sam's role was to assist with the production and writing of the Luxury Locations Magazine, which was intended to be a short-term plan. However, it quickly became apparent that the partnership had enormous potential, as it generated sales of over US$100m in less than three years. This stellar partnership has continued to grow, with Luxury Locations consistently providing the best real estate services in Antigua, and winning multiple international real estate awards.

 

Sam's expertise lies in real estate development consultancy, and he has consulted on numerous projects across the Antigua and provided the marketing force behind the launch of Pearns Point generating alomst US$30m in sales revenue in the first year of the project launch.  He heads up the real estate development side of the business, where he provides clients with a range of services, including project feasibility studies, site analysis, design and construction management, and marketing strategies. Sam played a pivotal role as the main broker in securing a significant US$60m investment that led to the establishment of the Antigua & Barbuda Special Economic Zone. He was instrumental in attracting the investment, negotiating the agreement, and securing concessions.

 

Sam's ability to provide clients with innovative solutions and his attention to detail has earned him a reputation as one of the top real estate development consultants in the region.
