The delightful shaded verandah, overlooking tropical countryside, is the perfect spot for al fresco dining or merely curling up with a good book for some welcome R&R.
Inside, the focus is on cool, clean neutral and monochrome accents. There is a comfortable and spacious living area, with seating for up to eight people and a dining table for six. The large fully-equipped kitchen is a joy for anyone who loves to cook and is complete with fridge, four-ring stove, grill, microwave, freezer, oven and dishwasher.
Each of the bedrooms is generously proportioned. The master has a king size bed and en-suite, bedroom two has a queen size bed and en-suite, bedroom three has a queen size bed and shares the bathroom with bedroom four which has two single beds.
There is air conditioning throughout this home. Towels and linen are provided and there is a weekly maid service. There is also a utility room with washing machine.
Ample outside furniture and a barbecue help make The White House the optimum family retreat.
Please note, pets are not allowed and smoking is permitted outside only. Children are welcome, but swimming is at families’ own risk.
There is no back-up generator.
The White House is situated in Harbour View, a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Jolly Harbour, the largest man-made marina in the Caribbean. Here, on Antigua’s fashionable south-west coast, there are several popular bars and restaurants, an18-hole golf course, Olympic size swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, gym, pharmacy, bank, and a well-stocked international supermarket.
Jolly Harbour also boasts one of the island’s most celebrated beaches.
