From its stunning location in Half Moon Bay, on the east coast of the island, The Patterson House is a private and tranquil two bedroom villa, situated amongst vibrant flora and fauna and with exceptional views of the beautiful crescent-shaped bay which gave the area it’s name.
With a broad sundeck overlooking the glorious bay, it offers plenty of places for outdoor relaxation and Half Moon Bay, a regular ‘world’s best beach’ nominee, is only a few minutes walk away and boasts 3,200 feet of white coral sand and crystal-clear waters.
There is ample parking outside and the house is accessed by gentle steps. The interior has been newly renovated and has a spacious open-plan kitchen, and a living and dining area complete with high vaulted ceilings, which help keep the interior cool all year round. The two bedrooms, both have en-suite bathrooms, which also offer excellent views directly over the bay.
The Patterson House is approximately 40 minutes from the airport.
It is in a quiet, secluded location, but a 20 minute car ride will take you straight to English Harbour where you will find some great restaurants and lively nightlife.
Nonsuch bay is only 10 minutes by car. It has a restaurant, and also provides a variety of water sports facilities.
Closest Grocery Stores are 20 minutes away in English Harbour.
The closest Supermarket is approximately 40 minutes away, but a fridge stocking service can be provided ready for your arrival. Although there are plenty of local taxi services, a car would be advised if you intend to really explore the island.
