Villa 403C has two storeys. The ground floor incorporates a spacious open plan living/dining area with a stylish, fully equipped, kitchen. The open deck was extended during the refurbishment and is complete with outdoor furniture and BBQ perfect for relaxing and enjoying the great views of the waterway and any sailing activity going on.
Beyond this sundeck is a 30 ft. dock and additional piers which, if required, could take a boat lift.
On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and built-in wardrobes with mirrored doors in the master bedroom. The master bedroom also has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors which lead out to a good sized balcony and wonderful views of the water-way towards Jolly Harbour's South Beach.
The villa has air conditioning, ceiling fans, hurricane shutters, cable TV and Wi-Fi. There is parking available outside the front door as well as additional parking in the lay-by opposite.
Jolly Harbour sits on over 300 acres of park-like land and is the largest man-made marina in the Eastern Caribbean. It is a thriving resort village with a wide range of facilities within the gated community situated on Antigua’s famed west coast. Along with a variety of bars and restaurants, you will find an international supermarket, pharmacy, bank, souvenir shops, gym and sports centre, an Olympic sized swimming pool, tennis and squash courts and The Jolly Harbour Golf Club which has an 18-hole championship course.
It is also home to some of the island’s most prized beaches, including Jolly Beach, one of the longest and widest beaches on the island, and a truly idyllic white sand beach lapped by the perfectly clear aquamarine Caribbean Sea.
