SEA BREEZE COTTAGE
A self-contained, wooden, open plan cottage, with bedroom area, bathroom, kitchen and living space. Double French doors lead to an L shaped verandah, with incredible sea views, which extends out down to the pool area complete with sun deck and loungers.
THE MAIN HOUSE
Built in concrete but covered with wooden lap siding, the main house consists of three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor and a ground floor self contained apartment which can also double up as a hurricane shelter, if required. All rooms have stunning sea views and direct access to the wrap around deck leading to the private pool.
The final structure has been built to house a covered Kitchen/Dining Room/living space. It has a lush and laid back Caribbean style, and contains modern furnishings and a fully equipped Kitchen.
As well as the large amount of exterior space, Red Hill boasts a fully fenced private garden with an array of tropical plants.
