Le Bistro: Deliciously authentic French cuisine

          Exquisite French cuisine and a charmingly authentic ambience have kept Le Bistro’s discerning gastronomes returning for almost four decades.

         Chef and owner Patrick Gauducheau cooks up classic French dishes, occasionally with a Caribbean flair in tribute to the tropical surroundings. His expertise is such that he was named one of the ‘great chefs of the world’ by the Discovery Channel, while his delectable fare has been recommended by the likes of Gourmet Magazine.

         Le Bistro was Antigua's first authentic French restaurant and some of its superbly welcoming staff have been on hand since the beginning. 

From appetisers like seafood bisque and escargots, to pork tenderloin, rack of lamb, vegetarian creations and to-die-for desserts, the focus is on luxurious perfection. Wine connoisseurs will appreciate the extensive international selections. 

         Bookings are advisable, especially between the peak months of November to May.
