Tune in next Tuesday for more property insights from the experts.

Here are some of Craigs points sumarised below:

1. EMCS, which stands for Engineering Management Construction Services, was founded in 2012 with the aim of bringing a different style of contracting to the Caribbean. The company was established based on extensive experience working in the region since 2004. The founders recognized the need for a more personalized approach to construction projects and a higher level of accountability in project delivery.

2. EMCS gets involved in the design development phase of projects, providing cost advice and guidance to the design team and clients. Drawing from their 20 years of experience in the Caribbean, they offer practical recommendations on what works and what doesn't. They help clients make informed decisions, avoiding unnecessary features and focusing on effective solutions that are suitable for the Caribbean environment.

3. While EMCS undertakes a range of projects, they specialize in smaller builds for places like Oil Nut Bay, typically ranging from 3,000 square feet to 25,000 square feet. The majority of their portfolio consists of properties in the 3,000 to 5,000 square-foot range, with some larger projects exceeding 10,000 square feet. They have recently taken on larger-scale projects, such as the 25,000+ square-foot property mentioned, showcasing their growing expertise in handling bigger endeavors.
